Biogas heating technology

The WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell three-back wet back fuel/gas boiler. The boiler operation is automated. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the torch formed is filled in the full-wave furnace gas and transmits radiant heat through the furnace gas wall. This is the first return journey. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion gathers in the return chamber and turns into the second return journey, that is, the threaded smoke pipe tube bundle area. After convection heat exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases and then reaches the front smoke box, and then turns into the third return journey, that is, the light pipe tube bundle area, and then enters the energy-saving device and chimney through the rear smoke box, and finally discharges into the atmosphere. This series of products has the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, convenient maintenance, durability, fully automatic intelligent control, etc.
