Maintenance and upkeep of dry desulfurization tower

During the use of the dry desulfurization tower, the following maintenance and upkeep should be noted:
1)Frequent replacement of desulfurizer, attention should be paid to potential corrosion problems of the tower body, and equipment anti-corrosion should be strengthened.
2)Before operation, carefully check the opening and closing of each valve, the airtightness of the system, and whether the fire-fighting facilities are safe and functional.
3)After the system is put into operation, the inlet and outlet pressure of the desulfurization tower biogas should be regularly recorded. If it exceeds the specified value, the fault should be checked and eliminated in a timely manner; If the resistance is too high due to the deactivation of the desulfurizer, the desulfurizer should be regenerated or replaced.
4)Carefully observe the bed temperature and keep track of the desulfurization status inside the tower at any time.
5)Pay attention to regularly discharging accumulated water from the bottom of the desulfurization tower, pipeline system, and gas water separator to prevent liquid blockage.
6)During winter operation, attention should be paid to the insulation of the desulfurization system, or the air velocity should be appropriately reduced to ensure the desulfurization effect.
7)The desulfurization system should be regularly inspected to ensure the normal operation of thermometers, pressure gauges, and flow meters, the sealing of valves, and the aging and damage of flange gaskets. Problems should be promptly addressed and replaced to ensure normal operation.
