Environtec promptly. The maintenance and repair of blowers, safety water seals, pipelines, and pressure film guides (such as welding, rust removal, etc.) need to be carried out outside the explosion-proof area.

The double membrane gas cabinet belongs to the gas supported membrane structure engineering, and its maintenance and upkeep should be carried out by professionals or trained full-time personnel in accordance with the equipment and control system operating procedures and maintenance manuals.

Within one year after the completion of the project, the production and installation unit shall conduct at least one routine inspection and maintenance of the membrane structure. If any abnormalities are found on the membrane surface, pre tension reinforcement or other measures shall be taken. If the connecting components are loose, they should be re tightened or reinforced.

Before the rainy season and winter each year, the membrane surface should be inspected and cleaned to maintain the smooth drainage system of the membrane surface. Emergency measures for snow melting and removal should be necessary in areas with heavy snow loads. During and after severe weather such as strong wind, hail, rainstorm and heavy snow, the membrane structure building shall be checked for abnormalities and necessary measures shall be taken.

● Membrane material

The membrane material does not require maintenance. The outer film with stains on the surface generally does not affect its service life, but in order to maintain the appearance of the outer film, it can be cleaned with clean water or soapy water. Chemical solvents, organic solvents, and lubricants should be avoided, and high-pressure water guns should be avoided to prevent damage to the PVDF coating on the outer membrane surface and affect the service life of the membrane material.

● Fan

It is recommended that users use two fans on site, alternating between them on a regular (weekly) basis.

Users should have at least one wind turbine in stock.

Regularly (monthly) check and clean the foreign objects adsorbed by the filter screen at the inlet of the fan.

● Safe water seal

Users should conduct weekly safety water seal inspections. The liquid level setting of the safety water seal is crucial for the safe operation of the gas cabinet. The liquid level of the safety water seal needs to be checked regularly, usually set at the centerline of the window. If the safety water seal liquid level is too high and the backend gas equipment fails, the double membrane gas cabinet may be subjected to excessive pressure, causing damage to the membrane material or even rupture; If the safety water seal liquid level is too low, biogas will directly break through the water seal and be discharged, causing a large amount of biogas and odor to accumulate in the surrounding area, and posing a safety risk. In northern regions, it is important to add antifreeze to the safety water seal during winter to prevent the seal from becoming ineffective.

● Export pressure regulating valve

Users should check the outlet pressure regulating valve once a week, manually open and close it, and ensure that the valve plate has no sticking sensation. Lubricating oil should be regularly applied to the rotating shaft of the pressure regulating plate.
