As a set of safety protection devices in biogas utilization projects, biogas torches are mainly used to safely burn excessive biogas in the case of back-end system maintenance/fault shutdown and severe fluctuations in biogas volume to ensure the safety and continuous operation of the entire system. In addition, it can also be used as an effective measure for safe destruction of excess gas during system debugging.
When the back-end system cannot effectively consume the anaerobic gas at the front end, the torch unit is turned on, and the main torch is burned with the normal pressure ignition method. The combustion pressure is about 1~3KPa. When the current gas production cannot meet the demand for the back-end utilization, the torch unit is closed.
The torch Chu Shao unit is mainly composed of an automatic valve group, a torch tower body and its auxiliary ignition system. Biogas is introduced into the tower body from the outlet of the purification system, and the torch burning load is adjusted according to actual needs.
This project is equipped with a set of biogas Chuhao torch with an incineration capacity of 1000Nm3/h, and the torch barrel is made of SS304.
Emergency burn:
Biogas projects should be equipped with emergency combustion fire torque, which will be used to burn when the gas production is too large or equipment maintenance is underway.
Continuous burning:
The biogas generated by some industrial projects are treated with uninterrupted combustion of the fire moment 24 hours a day to meet environmentally friendly emission requirements.
Landfill gas:
The torch is actively directed to burn, and the safety and deodorization function is achieved.
The fire torque control cabinet is equipped with a SiemensPLC system. The standard software functions can be realized: gas cabinet cabinet ignition, automatic pressure ignition, remote central control ignition, manual on-site ignition, emergency stop on-site, and transmission of operating signals such as fire torque combustion, valve opening, and fault to the upper central control room; the fault signal can be released on-site or rebooted remotely.
A standard PLC ignition command is combined with 5 ignition tests. During normal combustion, if the flame candle is extinguished, the torch can automatically recognize and start the next ignition cycle until a fault signal is given.
